At Bullyard State School, we believe small schools offer something special. Our size allows us to know every student well and create a caring, supportive environment where children feel safe, valued and ready to learn.
Our approach is student-centred. We take the time to understand each child’s strengths, needs and interests, and we work closely with families to support every student’s learning, wellbeing and growth.
Learning in a multi-age setting allows us to meet students where they are at. Students are supported with targeted teaching, individual guidance and opportunities to learn with and from others across year levels. This helps build confidence, independence, leadership and a strong sense of belonging.
Our school is guided by the values of respect, responsibility, safety and being a learner, which shape how we learn, play and work together each day. At Bullyard, families are not just connected to the school—they are an important part of our school community.
Small school. Strong relationships. Student-centred learning.
